“Little Hearts” is non-profit program by EK Kadam in India, the event was a beautiful display of compassion and generosity. Volunteers worked tirelessly to ensure that every child received not just toys and clothes, but also a smile and a sense of hope. As they tried on their new outfits, their faces lit up with joy, reminding us of the importance of spreading kindness in our communities. 

In this initiative we do 

1. Collect and redistribute used toys and with this we try to save environment by reusing toys and spread happiness among under privilege kids. Aim is to reach 1000 toys per month with current 100 toys per month. Environmental impact
2. Collect & redistribute used clothes for the kids less than 3 year with aiming to give joy and better condition clothes to under privilege kids. Aim to reach 1000 clothes per month with current 50 clothes per month. Environmental impact

Our Activities

1. Toy Collection from Residential Societies
   We organize regular drives in residential societies to collect gently used toys, which are then distributed to children living on the streets and in underserved communities.
2. Inter-School Toy Sharing Initiative
   We collaborate with schools to collect toys from students and staff, and redistribute them to other schools with fewer resources, promoting empathy and sharing among children.
3. Podcast on Toy Donation Benefits
   Through our engaging podcast series, we raise awareness about the impact of toy donations, highlighting stories from volunteers, donors, and beneficiaries.
4. Direct Toy Collection from Parents at Offices and Collection Points
   We set up collection points in offices and public areas, making it convenient for parents and individuals to donate toys during their regular routines.
5. Community Outreach and Appeals
   We reach out to residential societies through formal letters and personal meetings to encourage active participation in our toy donation campaigns.
6. Toy Sorting and Repackaging
   Before distribution, all collected toys are carefully cleaned, checked for safety, and repackaged to ensure they are ready to be loved again.
